MIXED BLEND FOR 'PASTITSIO'
Pastitsio, or Greek baked pasta, is one of my all-time favourite comfort foods. The Greek version of lasagne, with pasta, minced beef and a lovely creamy white sauce. Seriously, what's not to like in this plateful of aromatic goodness? Embrace it to the full.
BLEND USE - 1 TABLESPOON IN HALF POUND MINCE SAUCE
Excellent also with moussaka, youvetsi, or spaghetti bolognese. superb blend.
Ingredients: Cinnamon, allspice, paprike, garlic, salt, onion, mustard, nutmeg.
