One of the top spice blends from Cappadocia. It contains hint of spice and at the same time has a roasted flavor and a smoked sun-dried tomato texture. Cappadokia spice blend is an ideal accompaniment to grilled fish and, of course meat and poultry.

TIP: This mixed blend is perfect for omelets and couscous. It will also add extra flavor when used in soups.
